Hands Only CPR can save lives and should be performed when someone is not breathing and doesn't have a pulse.
There are two steps:

  1. Call 911
  2. Start Compressions – Press hard and fast at a rate of 100-120 beats per minute.

Performing CPR can double or triple a persons chances of survival!
